The Global Village was formed in 1997 and is based in Central London. In a relatively short time we are already Central London number 1 Independent travel agent. Far from being an Internet start up we are a real bricks and mortar business with real people offering real travel advice.

As Global Village is an independent travel company, the information and advice you receive from us is unbiased. This simply means that you will be booking the trip or holiday that is most suited to YOU and not to a preferred airline or operator.
If at any time you would prefer 'human' assistance you will find telephone numbers throughout the website as we understand that computers can’t always give you the answer! Our staff are travel experts AND travel enthusiasts and are always keen to help you with your inquiries. Our specialist consultants have all undergone extensive specialised training. Between them, they have firsthand experience and knowledge of most destinations worldwide.

The Pacific Asia Travel Association is a not-for-profit travel trade association serving government tourist offices, airlines, hotels and other travel-related companies throughout the Pacific Asia region. ATOL - Air Travel Organisers Licensing

ATOL exists to protect the public from losing money or being stranded abroad because of the failure of air travel firms. It was first introduced in 1972 and it gives comprehensive consumer protection to 28 million people in the UK who buy flights or air holidays each year.
   

CAA - The Civil Aviation Authority

The CAA is a government body that issues Air Travel Organisers Licenses (ATOL). While the CAA focuses primarily on airline travel, all travel arrangements sold in conjunction with a flight, will also be protected.
